ملخصOverview

هذه الصفحة تشرح كيف تحذف حسابك في Codural والبيانات المرتبطة به، وماذا يُحذف بالضبط، وماذا يبقى. وهي تخدم ثلاث حالات: صاحب متجر يريد حذف حسابه، وشخص راسل متجراً ويريد حذف محادثته، وطلبات الحذف التي تصلنا من Meta.

This page explains how to delete your Codural account and its data, exactly what is deleted, and what remains. It covers three cases: a store owner deleting their account, someone who messaged a store and wants their conversation deleted, and deletion requests that reach us from Meta.

١) أنت صاحب متجر — احذف حسابك بنفسك1) You are a store owner — delete it yourself

This is the fastest route and it runs immediately, without waiting for a reply from us:

1. سجّل الدخول إلى حسابك على codural.com.
2. افتح الإعدادات من لوحة التحكم.
3. اختر «حذف الحساب» وأكّد العملية.

1. Sign in to your account at codural.com.
2. Open Settings from the dashboard.
3. Choose "Delete account" and confirm.

ماذا يُحذف بالضبطWhat exactly is deleted

فور تأكيدك، يقوم النظام بالتالي:

As soon as you confirm, the system does the following:

• يُلغي اشتراك كل صفحاتك وحسابات إنستغرام لديك من إشعارات Meta، فتتوقف الخدمة عن استقبال أي رسالة جديدة.
• يحذف مستند حسابك بالكامل، وفيه: بريدك وبصمة كلمة مرورك وجلساتك، ورموز وصول Meta المخزّنة، وإعدادات متجرك وقائمة منتجاتك، وكل محادثات عملائك وملخّصاتها، وسجل اشتراكك.
• يحذف سجل ملكيتك للصفحات المرتبطة.

• Unsubscribes every one of your pages and Instagram accounts from Meta's notifications, so the Service stops receiving any new message.
• Deletes your entire account document, containing: your email, password hash and sessions, the stored Meta access tokens, your store settings and product list, every customer conversation and summary, and your subscription history.
• Deletes the record of your ownership of the connected pages.

ماذا يبقى مؤقتاًWhat remains for a while

نفضّل أن نكون دقيقين معك: تبقى بعد الحذف سجلات تشغيلية محدودة لا تحتوي على نصوص المحادثات، وهي فهارس التوجيه الداخلية، وعدّادات الاستخدام الشهرية واليومية، وطلبات التحويل السابقة، وسجلّات التدقيق الإداري وسجلّ الدخول. ونحذفها ضمن دورة تنظيف دورية.

We would rather be precise with you: limited operational records remain after deletion, none of which contain conversation text. They are internal routing indexes, monthly and daily usage counters, previous handoff requests, and administrative audit and sign-in logs. We clear these in a periodic sweep.

To have the remainder deleted immediately, write to privacy@codural.com and we will do it manually and confirm to you.

وقد نحتفظ بالحد الأدنى من السجلات المالية إن كان القانون يلزمنا بذلك.

We may keep the minimum financial records the law requires us to keep.

٢) لا تستطيع الدخول إلى حسابك2) You cannot sign in to your account

1. أرسل رسالة من بريدك المسجّل إلى privacy@codural.com بعنوان «حذف الحساب».
2. نتحقق من هويتك، ثم ننفّذ الحذف نفسه الموضّح أعلاه.
3. نؤكّد لك التنفيذ خلال ٧ أيام عمل، وفي كل الأحوال خلال شهر واحد كحدّ أقصى.

1. Email privacy@codural.com from your registered address, with the subject "Delete Account".
2. We verify who you are, then carry out the same deletion described above.
3. We confirm within 7 business days, and in any event within one month at the latest.

٣) راسلتَ متجراً وتريد حذف محادثتك3) You messaged a store and want your conversation deleted

إن كنت عميلاً راسل صفحة متجر وردّ عليك موظف خدمة عملاء ذكي، فمحادثتك مملوكة لذلك المتجر لا لنا. المتجر هو من يقرر حذفها، ونحن ننفّذ نيابةً عنه.

If you are a customer who messaged a store page and got a reply from an AI customer service employee, that conversation belongs to the store, not to us. The store decides whether to delete it; we act on their behalf.

• الطريقة الأسرع: اطلب من المتجر حذف محادثتك. ويستطيع صاحب المتجر حذفها من لوحته، أو فصل الصفحة فتُحذف كل محادثاتها.
• وإن تعذّر ذلك: راسلنا على privacy@codural.com واذكر اسم الصفحة أو حساب إنستغرام الذي راسلته والتاريخ التقريبي. سنوصل طلبك إلى المتجر ونساعده على تنفيذه، ونردّ عليك خلال شهر.
• وأيضاً: حذفك للمحادثة من تطبيق إنستغرام أو ماسنجر لا يحذفها من عندنا — فهي نسخة منفصلة.

• Fastest route: ask the store to delete your conversation. The owner can delete it from their dashboard, or disconnect the page, which deletes all of its conversations.
• If that is not possible: write to privacy@codural.com naming the page or Instagram account you messaged and roughly when. We will pass your request to the store and help them act on it, and reply to you within one month.
• Also note: deleting the conversation in the Instagram or Messenger app does not delete it from us — ours is a separate copy.

٤) حذف بياناتك عبر إعدادات فيسبوك4) Deleting your data through Facebook settings

يمكنك إزالة تطبيق Codural من إعدادات حسابك على فيسبوك:

You can remove the Codural app from your Facebook account settings:

1. افتح فيسبوك ← الإعدادات والخصوصية ← الإعدادات.
2. اختر «التطبيقات والمواقع».
3. اعثر على Codural في القائمة، ثم اختر «إزالة».

1. Open Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings.
2. Go to "Apps and Websites".
3. Find Codural in the list and choose "Remove".

عندها تُبلغنا Meta بطلب الحذف، ونحذف ما نحتفظ به مرتبطاً بمعرّفك: ربط حسابك، ورموز الوصول، وفهارس التوجيه، والمحادثات المرتبطة بذلك المعرّف. وننفّذ هذه الطلبات ضمن المهلة التي تحددها Meta.

Meta then informs us of the deletion request, and we delete what we hold linked to your identifier: your account connection, access tokens, routing indexes, and the conversations tied to that identifier. We action these requests within the window Meta sets.

If you want written confirmation of your request's status, write to privacy@codural.com and we will tell you what was carried out.

بدائل قبل الحذفAlternatives to deleting

إن كان ما تريده إيقاف الردود فقط، فلا حاجة لحذف كل شيء:

If all you want is to stop the replies, there is no need to delete everything:

• أوقف الموظف الذكي من إعدادات الصفحة في لوحتك، وتبقى محادثاتك وإعداداتك كما هي.
• افصل صفحة واحدة بدل حذف الحساب كله — يحذف ذلك محادثات تلك الصفحة فقط.
• ألغِ التجديد من صفحة الاشتراك، ويتوقف الخصم مع بقاء حسابك.

• Switch the AI employee off in your page settings; your conversations and settings stay as they are.
• Disconnect a single page instead of deleting the whole account — that deletes only that page's conversations.
• Turn off renewal on the subscription page; charging stops and your account remains.
